ALMIGHTY GOD, Who willest the eternal salvation of all men, for whom Jesus Christ, Thy divine son has died upon the cross deing to look down in mercy upon inhabitants of this Archdiocese so many of whom do not yet know Thee. Deign to raise up in this new land many priests who may lead their fellows to the knowledge and love of thee, the only true God, and of Jesus Christ, whom Thou has sent. Deign to infuse into the hearts of our young men a great desire to leave all things for Thy sake and to consecrate their lives to the services of Thy altar. Give them all the virtues they need to remain faithful to their calling and to become good and holy priests.

Deign, O Eternal Father to infuse great faith and charity into the hearts of Christian parents that they may willingly and gladly offer their sons to Thy service. We beg Thee to hear our ardent prayer through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
